Build Self-Worth & Reclaim Your Confidence

Therapy for Women in Denver to Help You Quiet Self-Doubt, Embrace Your Worth, and Feel Empowered in Your Life

Overcome Self-Doubt and Build Confidence with Therapy in Denver.

You second-guess yourself constantly, and especially around people you care about. You replay conversations, worry you said something wrong, and wonder if you're too much… or not enough. You want to feel confident and secure, but instead, you walk around with that heavy inner voice saying, You’re not good enough.

You long for connection and closeness, but you’re scared to fully be yourself. What if you speak up and disappoint someone? What if you set a boundary and they leave?

These patterns of self-doubt and overthinking are exhausting. And they don’t just affect your relationships, they chip away at your sense of identity and your belief that you're worthy of love, respect, and peace.

You’re not broken. You’re stuck in old patterns of self-doubt. Therapy can help.

As a therapist who specializes in anxiety, self-worth, and relationship dynamics, I help women untangle these painful cycles so they can show up more fully in their lives.

In our work together, we’ll gently explore the roots of your self-doubt—and help you build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

How We Can Work Together to Build Confidence and Self-Worth in Therapy:

  • Uncovering Core Beliefs: We’ll explore past experiences that shaped how you see yourself, especially the quiet but powerful beliefs like I’m not good enough or If I’m fully myself, I’ll be rejected. I’ll help you build awareness of where those stories came from, gently challenge their truth, and begin to process the experiences that wrote them. From there, we’ll start rewriting those beliefs with more compassion, clarity, and growth.

  • Challenging Negative Thought Patterns: Most of us have an inner voice that’s often running in the background. When it’s constantly questioning what you said, worrying about how you came across, or criticizing how you handled things, it becomes exhausting. We’ll work to identify that inner critic, understand its roots so we can gently challenge it, and build more empowering, compassionate ways of thinking.

  • Building Self-Compassion: So many of us treat others with kindness but turn inward with harshness. When your inner critic is constantly on, it can feel impossible to grow or feel safe in your own skin. I’ll help you learn how to treat yourself with the same care and respect you give to others, especially in moments when you feel like you don’t deserve it.

  • Self-Care and Boundaries: It’s hard to care for yourself or set boundaries when you’re used to putting everyone else first or worrying about what might happen if you don’t. Together, we’ll create daily habits and routines that support your emotional well-being. You’ll also learn practical tools to set healthy boundaries, speak up for yourself, and start feeling more grounded, balanced, and secure in your relationships.

This process, along with our relationship, will be customized to your individual needs.

We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you. We’ll explore how self-doubt shows up in your relationships, goals, and inner world. We’ll focus on strengthening your internal dialogue so it supports your confidence, respects your boundaries, and helps you show up more fully in your life.

Each session will be 50 minutes. I recommend meeting weekly for at least the first 8 weeks to maintain momentum, build our therapeutic relationship, and work on your treatment goals.
